The User assumes full responsibility for their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
The User understands that results vary and that no guarantees are made regarding outcomes or success through coaching sessions.

5.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the User agrees that:

  • Alma shall not be liable for any damages, losses, injuries, claims, or liabilities whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to:
    • Participation in coaching sessions
    • Reliance on any information or guidance provided
    • Website use or inability to use the website
    • User decisions, actions, or results, whether expected or unexpected
  • Alma makes no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability of the Services or otherwise.
  • Under no circumstances shall the Alma’s total aggregate liability exceed the amount the User paid for Services in the 30 days preceding the claim.

6.No Guarantees of Results

The User acknowledges that coaching outcomes depend on individual commitment, mindset, and personal circumstances.
Alma does not guarantee success, transformation, financial gain, personal growth outcomes, or any specific result.

Also, all information, guidance, recommendations, and materials provided on this website or through any coaching sessions (collectively, the “Coaching Content”) are for educational and informational purposes only. The Coaching Content is not intended to replace professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is provided on an “as-is” basis.

Alma shall not be held liable for any actions taken, decisions made, or outcomes resulting from the use or application of the Coaching Content. By accessing this website or participating in any Services, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your own choices, actions, and results, and you expressly release the coach from any and all liability, claims, or demands arising from or related to the Coaching Content.

Coaching is not a crisis-intervention service.

9.Indemnification

The User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alma from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees), arising out of:

  • The User’s use of the Services
  • The User’s violation of this Agreement
  • The User’s decisions and actions resulting from coaching

10.Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, coaching materials, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Alma.
The User may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit the content without written permission.

11.Payment, Refunds & Cancellations

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

12.Privacy Policy

The User agrees to the Alma’s Privacy Policy. Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data-protection laws.

13.Termination

Alma may terminate access to Services at its discretion for violations of these Terms.

14.Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
