Alma Chopra is a seasoned life coach, motivational speaker, and advocate for disability awareness. Despite facing challenges from a locomotor disability caused by Ataxia, a neurological condition affecting muscle movements and walking, she has refused to let ``disability`` define her. Instead, Alma pursued and completed her PhD in philanthropy and psychology, aiming to empower others to overcome anxiety, stress, and depression, and embrace life with positivity. With her background in psychology and her extensive experience counseling numerous individuals, she serves as an ideal mentor to guide you out of the relentless cycle of pressure from unrealistic social media expectations and its associated issues.
